Due to the sensitive nature of the surrounding environment concrete structures are outlawed in the Kabak Valley. The entire area has been deemed a first degree natural site by the Turkish government, therefore only the most rudimentary construction is appropriate.

At Shanti garden we have designed our own original reedroof cabin-tents. Extremely homely, cool and clean these cabins are one of a kind in the valley. They have been carefully modelled to offer a sense of first rate comfort and protection, while inflicting minimal damage on the environment. All reedroof cabin-tents include futon style beds with clean sheets, pillows, cushions and mosquito nets. Inside; shelves, a bedside table and lamp are provided. Toilets and showers whilst shared are clean and tasteful.

Under a starlit sky, fall asleep to the sound of the waves in the bay and the buzzing of the cicadas all around. We can guarantee that staying over night in one of our cabin-tents is both a romantic and rejuvenating experience.
